Tracey and I are not winning Super Bowl quarterbacks and yet we are still heading to Disney World. She’s on a plane right now to Orlando with her family and I am waiting to board (my family come down tomorrow night). We have been invited to give cookbook demonstrations, book signings, and seminars on how to feed kids a healthy diet at the 13th Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
